# x402 Pay-Precheck

Pay-per-call x402 toolkit for AI agents: find which paid service to call (live-ranked), pre-check a seller's 402 terms + OFAC screen, verify settlements, Solana mint launch-config safety check, web page to Markdown, and email checks. Swap/bridge quotes via LI.FI. Free tier: 5 free calls per day per IP on every paid endpoint (no wallet needed), then x402 pay-per-call. Referral program: 20% of net revenue on every paid endpoint.

- FREE TIER: 5 free calls per day per IP on each /v1 endpoint below. Just call it with parameters and no payment header; response field freeTier.remaining and header x-free-calls-remaining show what is left. After that the endpoint answers HTTP 402 (x402, USDC on Base).
- Python urllib users: set a User-Agent header (e.g. headers={'User-Agent': 'my-agent/1.0'}); on the legacy *.workers.dev host Cloudflare blocks the default Python-urllib UA (403 error 1010); use https://api.moneytools.dev instead.

- Referral program (20% revenue share): Add ref=<your 0x Base wallet> as a query parameter (or X-Referrer header) to any paid /v1/* call you route here (precheck, verify, recommend, sol-mint, read, email-check). Referrer accrues 20% of net revenue (amount received minus facilitator and gas fees) from referred paid calls that settle successfully on Base mainnet. Tracked off-chain (ref + ledger), settled monthly. Self-referral is not credited. Payouts are batched and sent manually in USDC on Base after owner review, minimum 1 USDC unpaid balance (smaller balances roll over); no automatic payouts. - Unpaid paid-route requests get HTTP 402 with a base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header; retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE signed by your own wallet. Facilitator: PayAI.
